The Box Office will make every effort to accommodate you in or as close as possible to the seats requested. Special Needs: Please advise the Box Office prior to purchasing tickets if there are any special needs in your group. The THCA offers both wheelchair seating and accessible seats with removable arms. Hearing assistance devices, large print programs and children’s booster seats are available at the Coat Check. Other services, such as sign language interpreters or Braille programs are available with three weeks’ notice prior to a performance. Children: All persons, regardless of age, must have a ticket. In consideration of other patrons, the Center reserves the exclusive right to determine a child’s ability to sit quietly throughout the performance. SJRCC Student and Employee Discounts: SJRCC students and employees receive half-off the regular price on up to four tickets. This discount is available starting the Wednesday before each performance, when available. A valid SJRCC ID must be presented when picking up the tickets. Gift Certificates: Gift certificates for any dollar amount are available at the THCA Box Office. Processing Fees: Ticket orders by mail, phone or at the Box Office window incur a $2.00/ticket processing fee. Online ticket orders incur a $3.00/ticket processing fee. Save on processing fees – THCA members pay only $3.00/order all season long. Become a member today and save! Refunds/Exchanges: All ticket sales are final; there are no refunds. THCA members may exchange tickets for a different performance or for a THCA gift certificate for $2.00/ticket. Members are responsible for any additional price difference. Member exchanges must be done at least 24 hours before the original ticketed performance. Lobby: The Box Office and lobby open one and a half hours before each performance. Seating in the auditorium begins 30 minutes before curtain time. Late seating will be admitted at the discretion of the house manager. Please, no food or drink in the auditorium. Concessions: Concessions are available in the lobby before and during intermission for most performances. Anthony’s Catering provides a limited selection of beer, wine, soft drinks and small snacks. Merchandise: Certain performers may have merchandise available for sale in the lobby at intermission and after the performance.
