ROOMS - FURNISHINGS


The Conference Center offers an on-site planning staff with up to six rooms available
for rent seven days a week. Rental hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., depending on scheduled events.

All room rental fees include basic setup of the Conference CenterÕs furnishings, breakdown,
cleanup, free parking and basic on-site security. Each room has independent climate, sound, and lighting controls.

Room capacities below are examples using typical room layouts. Your capacity may differ
depending on additional equipment or setup requirements. Prices are subject to change.

STANDARD SERVICE AND EQUIPMENT

All room rental fees include a custom setup of the Conference CenterÕs furnishings, furniture breakdown,
free parking and on-site security. Each room has independently controlled sound and lighting.

Rooms are set up to your specifications with the following furnishings:

Round tables (5Õ rounds will seat 6 - 8 guests, 6Õ rounds will seat 8 Ð 10 guests)
