ROOMS - FURNISHINGS The Conference Center offers an on-site planning staff with up to six rooms available for rent seven days a week. Rental hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., depending on scheduled events. All room rental fees include basic setup of the Conference Center’s furnishings, breakdown, cleanup, free parking and basic on-site security. Each room has independent climate, sound, and lighting controls. Room capacities below are examples using typical room layouts.
