Venue For All Types Of Occasions

Intimate Productions

As a true “black box”-style venue, we offer stage and seating options that are infinitely reconfigurable to build the perfect foundation for connecting to your audiences directly. Small cast productions, cabarets, one man shows, and artist showcases are all a perfect fit for this intimate space. Your audience will leave feeling connected and inspired by your production, in a way that just isn’t possible within a larger auditorium. At the Thrasher-Horne Center Studio Theatre, we help you to establish a direct connection between your art and the community.

Music Performances

When booking concert dates for a hot new artist, a just-under-the-radar band, or a local musical favorite, look no further than the Thrasher-Horne Center Studio Theatre. With excellent lighting and sound capabilities, you are assured that your performers will always look and sound their very best. The option of a standing or seated audience, general admission or assigned seats, or any combination of the above allows for limitless customization and comfort for your fans. Our Studio also boasts professional concessions availability, full ADA compliance, merchandise table options, and a direct connection to our backstage dressing rooms and green room, when available. In the Studio Theatre, the comfort of your artists and fans is our top priority.

Showcases (Dance/Chorus/Band)

Music and art are best experienced in an intimate setting. Our audiences at Thrasher-Horne Center have consistently rated our Studio Theatre with high marks, partly due to the direct artist connection they are able to foster within the space. It is an experience that cannot be duplicated in a traditional proscenium theatre, and for this reason it is the ideal setting for artist showcases of all forms. Whether your group’s artistic disciplines fall in the category of vocal performance, orchestral performance, dance, or various other types of expression, look to our Studio to provide the perfect foundation for your upcoming staging. Ballroom dance groups and school recitals have also found this room to be a perfect fit.

Parties & Events

Business groups, non-profit organizations and local government agencies are among a few of our clients who turn to us time and again for their party and event needs, but our Studio Theatre is also perfect for hosting your upcoming family or personal celebration. Take the responsibility and hassle off of yourself and your home, and allow us to open our doors for a no-stress event your family and friends will remember for years to come. With professional servers and bartenders available, plus a full warming kitchen for catered meals and buffets, we have your next celebration covered from beginning to end. In addition, club events such as ballroom dance and children’s recitals shine just as brightly in our Studio Theatre.
