Grand Lobby Events - The Grand Lobby at the Thrasher-Horne Center for the Arts may be reserved for private functions. Lobby events are booked through the Arts Center (THCA) staff. Call (904) 276-6815 to book Grand Lobby Events.

ROOM CAPACITIES, POLICIES AND PRICES
All room rental fees include basic setup of THCA tables and chairs, projection screen, dry-erase board, markers, microphone connections to room speakers, and breakdown and cleanup.

Room capacities below are examples using typical room layouts. Your capacity may differ depending on additional equipment or alternating the setup.
Half Day Rental constitutes up to 4 hours. Full Day Rental constitutes up to 8 hours. Leases over 8 hours will be charged as additional Half Day or Full Day rentals rates. Prices are subject to change.

INFORMATION
Make your next event even more memorable; include dinner and a show! Contact the THCA Conference Center staff for information regarding shows and availability.

The Conference Center is available seven days a week from 8:00 a.m. to midnight depending on scheduled events.

Organizations designated as non-profit in accordance with IRS regulations may receive a 25% discount on room rates.

Security is provided during conference events; however, additional security (at costs to user) may be required by management depending on size and nature of event.

RENTAL POLICIES:
Food items may not be sold at or brought into the Center.

Rooms should be returned to the state they were in prior to event. Fine cleaning will be done by Center staff.

The use of nails, tacks or similar material to affix decorations is prohibited. Soil, sand or any other material that may leave a residue is also prohibited. User will be held responsible for damages. Decorations or signs shall not be placed in the Center, lobbies or outside the premises without permission. Please notify THCA staff when reserving space if assistance is needed for banners, etc.

The College reserves the right to black out dates pending on the College schedule.


DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your room rental fee or $200.00, whichever is less, is required to hold your reservation. The balance of all fees is due prior to your event. Proof of insurance is required for rental.

PARKING
There is ample free parking at the Center.
Entrance to the Conference Center is located on the South side of the building.

All room rental fees include basic set up. Additional technical assistance is available.


CATERING

Only approved caterers will be permitted to cater any event scheduled at the THCA. Approved caters have been pre-qualified by SJRCC. Caterers will maintain proper insurance coverage as required by law.
