Wheelchair accessible spaces are available for only those that have a mobility disability or disability requiring the use of the features of the space. Companion seating is reserved for guests that have purchased a wheelchair accessible space.

An Elevator is available to take you to the upper level lobby. It is located inside the main doors on the right of the lobby. The upper level Row A, House Right Box 3, and House Left Box 3 are the only seats available without using stairs. All other seating on the upper level requires the use of stairs.

Walkers and other mobility devices not being used must be stored in designated areas during the performance. An usher will be able to assist you with this and will help you retrieve it during intermission and after the show.

Easy curb side drop-off and pick-up is available for most performances. Security will direct you to the proper location.

Accessible parking is available directly in front of the main entrance. Additional accessible parking can be found on the south side of the building. Accessible parking requires a current disability placard or license plate.

Please let an usher know if you need assistance entering the building.

Assistive Listening Devices are available for check out at the Coat Room located in the main doors on the left of the lobby. You will trade in your picture ID for the use of a device. After the show, simply return the device to receive your ID.

The Induction Neckloop works with those that have a T-coil enabled hearing aid or cochlear implant.

When purchasing your tickets, please include a comment that you will bring a service animal with you. This will allow our staff the opportunity to make any arrangements needed.
